Another of my custom one-of-a-kind bits of swag: a Medallion, cast in silver, with black enamel backing, in the shape of the window of Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum (or, at least, my rendition of it).
I had this made nearly 2 decades ago, and actually wear it, on occasion, while walking around in public.
It looks best over a turtleneck or a nehru-collared shirt (especially shirts that I have which have a panel that hides the buttons that run down the front) with some kind of jacket.
Like many objects in my collection, I also had a duplicate made.
One to wear, one to display.
(although, that would make it "2-of-a-kind", right? Ahhh... semantics.)

I'd wear it, and I'd be proud to tell people what it is should they ask. Cully
That looks really good. I'm not one for necklaces myself, but I like it!
